Pattern of the Week Monday 11th June 2012 |
Each week I am offering a pattern at half price. It will only be available until the following Sunday, and then on Monday there will be a new one. I will send this out in addition to the other newsletters that I send, so if you don't want to receive it please unsubscribe at the bottom. This week it will be slightly different Is it too early to mention the "C" word? (...Christmas that is !) This week my pattern of the week is Have a Very Merry Aussie Christmas
I did the original quilt in 2004, and at that stage I had 3 little surprises that were hidden in the quilt. A few years ago I added to the quilt with more leaves, gifts and other three-dimensional pieces that could hide all sorts of little things. There are now 48 surprises hidden all over the quilt, making it a really fun quilt for everyone. So you will need to start looking for lots of tiny little things that can be hidden in your quilt. You can personalize your quilt by putting tiny photos of your family members into tiny frames, little toys, buttons, beads and lots more. Scrapbooking suppliers are perfect for this project...they have lots of little things that you can use. HOWEVER... But for this week only...I will include a little pack of goodies to go with the pattern to get you started. A tiny "Dairy Milk" chocolate wrapper, three book covers that you can make into some tiny books, some tiny printed "picture frames" that you can use for your family photos, a gold cross, a wooden star, a gum nut, some sequins and 2 "Dress It Up" buttons (these will be surprises, but they could be animals, dragons, gingerbread men, trucks or any number of themes) The pattern itself is normally $24-95 Now $12.45+ P&H With the pack of accessories it will be $15-95 offer finishes on Sunday 17th June, 2012 or until stocks run out limited number available at this price Also have a look at the new Millamac quilt "Bears"
Pattern only...$39-95 Find this one under New Products on the front page "love truth and pardon error" voltaire |
